APS Council Ratifies Membership Vote to Adopt New Constitution & Bylaws

On November 15, the APS Council voted unanimously to go forward with the revised Constitution & Bylaws. This follows a vote in which 94% of participating members approved the changes. Upon filing of the new Articles of Incorporation in the District of Columbia, the changes go into effect on November 17.
